Our Mission

Tony Bradley Elite Basketball will be one of the many opportunities for Florida’s own to give back to his home state area. In the summer of 2017, Tony Bradley was chosen with the #28 pick of the NBA Draft. Since that time, Tony has focused on not only continuing to achieve his dream, but to help other youth basketball players achieve theirs.

At Tony Bradley Elite our focus is on Education, Service, and Basketball. Even though basketball is the vehicle used to get the kids to participate, our ultimate goal is to use this as a bridge to get them involved in community programs including, but not limited to Community Service Outreach and Tutoring, and for the adults, GED readiness. Being a part of all three elements of the organization provides the social and academic skills along with the work ethic required to succeed in life and add value along the way.  Our Elite volunteers are committed to see that our children are trained by dedicated coaches that foster an environment that emphasizes athletic excellence, physical and mental discipline, self-esteem, leadership and sportsmanship. This commitment is essential in order for each player to reach their full potential.

             • Show respect for individuals, including teammates and competitors alike

             • Develop core offensive and defensive fundamentals 

             • Provide a fun and winning environment for players 

             • Learn and teach discipline under the concept of T.E.A.M. (Together Everyone Achieves More) 

Our team will travel and compete throughout the state of Florida as well as interstate competition. When opportunities present themselves, the team will play nationally to expand the level of exposure they receive from institutions of higher education and ideally an opportunity to explore the possibility of athletic scholarship offers. 

 In addition to providing the highest quality of coaching and fundamental skill development, our goal is to keep the youth in the classroom and steered away from negative influences. We value the importance of education on and off of the court, service and appreciation for the community and our team philosophy will embody these elements of emphasis.
